My groups too small for TMS to put it in everyone elses address book. How do I make a contact list and distribute it to folks who need it?

Don’t worry; things aren’t so bad. You will want to do three things: 1. Create the list, 2. Distribute copies of the list so that everyone in the group has the same copy, and 3. Install the list in your Contacts folder. 1. To create the list, pull down FILE > NEW > DISTRIBUTION LIST. Give the list a name and a date, mm.dd.yy, that will help you and your group when updates are needed. Click on ADDRESS BOOK, choose the members or groups for your list, and then click ADD > OK > SAVE AND CLOSE. If you look in your own Contact Folder, you will see your new distribution list there, with the date of its creation. 2. To distribute copies of the list so that everyone in the group has the same copy, go to your Contacts folder and find the contact list that you just created. Click on the list name and pull down ACTIONS > FORWARD; you will get a new-message window, and if you look at the window you’ll see your contact in there as an attachment.
