The Weatherization Referral and Packaging Program (WRAP) is designed to help senior citizens with energy related problems or needs. If you are experiencing a cold, drafty house during the winter, or if your heating bills are skyrocketing out of sight, contact the Dutchess County Office for the Aging at 486-2555 (toll free (866) 486-2555) to see if you can get help with your energy troubles.
