Some Windows programs have a habit of corrupting the palette and this can occasionally affect the 2D software, but only while the other programs are being used. The images will be restored to their correct colours, as soon as you switch back to using ImageMaster. It is also known that if you have Microsoft Office manager running with its auto-hide property set, this can cause the palette in the 2D software to be changed. To restore the images to their correct colours, the window containing the image must be forced to redraw itself. Resizing the window slightly or minimizing it and then restoring it can do this.
