Some models of the CDQPrima may reset to a blank display after a reset of factory defaults. Refer to the troubleshooting section of the CDQPrima Technical Reference Manual for resetting the display. Far-end remote control is a very powerful feature, but do I need a computer terminal to control the far-end CDQPrima? Yes. Far-end remote control works only with a terminal or PC connected to the local CDQPrima. Far-end remote control is not possible from the CDQPrima keypad or from the RoadRunner.
