My meal card (Bronco Access Card/Cal Poly ID) is not working – what should I do?

There may be a few reasons why a meal card may not read or is not accepted at a food venue. One reason may be a problem with the card itself. To check for problems with your card, you may take your ID card to the Photo ID Office located in the CLA Building, 2nd floor (between the elevators and the Admissions Office). Another reason may be that you had reported your ID card as lost/stolen. You will need to contact the Photo ID Office (indicated previously) as well as the Meal Plan Office at (909) 869-5073 to have your card taken off of the lost/stolen list. Lastly, if you have an outstanding balance that is overdue, your meal plan may have been suspended. If this is the case, please contact the Housing Office at (909) 869-5120 or stop by Building 59 for assistance.
