My MS doesn have factory running boards at the time and i wanted to add a set that i bought on Ebay. Can the boards from a later model MS fit on the earlier models (or visa versa)?
A Yes, the Montero Sport uses the same mounting location for all of the factory running boards whether it’s the standard black tubular boards or the integrated colored flat boards. They can be installed easily without lifting the vehicle. Below is an illlustration of where the bolt/mounts are: Good LUck!
