You can if you like. What a risk though! I, the author of this page and co-owner of Blue Lobster Design, have been working in this industry since the birth of the internet. I couldn’t tell you how much work has been brought to me to be re-developed. I’ve seen it so many times over the years. I can lay bricks but I don’t build houses, it’s not what I’m qualified and experienced at. If it goes wrong, it’s disastrous and has to be rebuilt professionally. Why risk your business in this way? By the way – Don’t ask me to build you an extension!
