My parent has lost insurance coverage due to a job loss. How would I get on the Purdue Student Health Insurance plan?
Our domestic plan is designed for degree seeking students taking a minimum of 6 credit hours. Insurance coverage starts with the day that the semester premium is paid. However, since the insurance does not pro-rate premiums, it is most cost effective if purchased at the beginning of a new semester.
