The USB 2.0 fingerprint capture device is plugged into a USB 1.1 port on the PC or a USB 1.1 hub. If you are sure that you have plugged into a USB 2.0 port, make sure that you are using the latest USB drivers that are part of Windows XP SP2 or Windows 2000 SP4.
