I guess this resolution is too high for your monitor. You probably know that resolution is about clarity of texts and images. When the resolution is high items and texts are sharper and smaller so they could fit on the screen. The resolution 800 x 600 pixels make items larger but not many will fit on the screen. As bigger the monitor is as higher resolution it requires. For instance I’ve got the best gaming monitor for ps4 pro LG 27UK650-W and logically I set it up at the 1600 x 1200 pixels. The capability of my monitor supports such a high resolution. I’m not sure about the sizes of your monitor but you should play a little bit with pixels.

Simply make the resolution lower and it will be scaleable.

We strongly recommend resolution of 1024×768. The site is designed with frames that present the different features in separate windows, help users navigate and make the web site function well.
