My phone has no signal / the battery has run out – can I still use PayByPhone?
If phone problems mean you are unable to pay for or extend a parking session, you can phone the PayByPhone number from a landline and manually enter your 11- digit mobile phone number, otherwise you must use another payment method. N.B. ‘Trying to locate a landline’ is not a good excuse when trying to challenge a parking ticket!
