My PMS does not recognize 835 transactions. Can I still participate and use the XPS AutoPay service?
A Yes. AutoPay provides, as a standard part of its service, the ability to print EOP statements and process each paid claim as you do today. The EOP print file balances to the bank deposit just like the electronic file. You can simply print and post your patient accounts using the XPS EOP statements. The amount paid for all statements can be viewed through the reports or through the XPS mailbox message.
