My Premium TransitChek MetroCard stopped working. Can I get a replacement?
Yes. If your Premium TransitChek MetroCard stops working first check to make sure you are still an active participant in the Premium TransitChek Program by logging on to your Online Management Account or by calling TransitCenter’s Customer Service department at 1-877-440-4407 during normal business hours. If you are an active participant, you can request a replacement Premium Card. You must return your inoperative Premium Card to receive a new one. A new Card will be sent to you, or you may pick up a replacement Premium Card at TransitCenter’s office before 3:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. There are no exceptions to the 3:00 p.m. cut off time.
