Try each of these remedies and see if your machine starts to behave a little more consistently: Check and make sure that your tire pressure is set to 17 PSI. Sand your tire’s throwing surface with 40 Grit sandpaper until the surface is rough. Check the rubber pad above the wheel that squeezes the ball between the tire surface for dirt, wear or melting. If it is dirty clean it off with sandpaper. If it has melted or shows extensive wear, you may need a new pad. Use clean balls for the best performance.
