Yes. Non-competing continuations of T32 awards that started in FY 2005 or earlier will continue to receive Tuition, Fees, and Health Insurance costs, and Training Related Expenses at the rates set in the FY 2005 Notice of Award and calculated at that time in accordance with the old policy.
