Is your trading station login for a DEMO or LIVE account? In the trading station login box, it is a common mistake to ignore the “Connection” setting. This must be “Demo” or “Live” according to your account. You can also test the connection by pressing the “Settings” button on the Trading Station Login box and then press the “Test” button to check out the trading station servers.
