My transactions always have a status of Matching Required. I thought my Line 50 program would recognise the transactions automatically?

Line 50 takes any customer, supplier and product details from a transaction and tries to match the details with those in your program. However, in order to do so straight-away, the details on the transaction must be exactly the same as the details in your program. It is likely, when you first use Transaction e-Mail, that the details for customers, suppliers and products will not match the equivalent details sent to you by your customers and suppliers. For example, you purchase packets of bolts from a supplier. This supplier uses the code, BOLT001 on his product record. You, on the other hand, have these bolts recorded as BOLTS1. If both you and your supplier had used BOLT001, the details would have matched automatically. However, the next time you receive a transaction with the product code BOLTS1, Transaction e-Mail will remember the link you created the last time. Therefore it may take a little time when you first start using Transaction e-mail to set up all of these links, but once
