My webpage keeps flashing “Off Line” for one second, then shows my cam for 5 seconds, then shows “Of Line” again. Whats causing this?

The program displays “Off Line” color bars when it didn’t receive 5 frames in a row. Probably the frame rate is high for this bandwidth and viewer’s computer doesn’t receive all frames. Try to reduce frame rate according bandwidth.
