To ensure functionality, check the list of official DLP Link certified products. If your product is not on the list, then it is most likely that your 3D DLP product is completely compatible, but may have settings option that interfere with DLP Link technology. It may be possible that a Dynamic Contrast setting on your HDTV or Project could be interfering with the DLP Link functionality. Follow these steps to trouble-shoot settings on your 3D DLP HDTV or Projector: • Reset your picture settings to factory defaults • Turn Off ALL Contrast enhancements such as Dynamic Contrast or Game Mode • Make sure that any additional picture or images enhancement features are turned Off • Make sure that you are running at the NATIVE 3D resolution for your product.
