GEFA is always willing to provide 5, 10, and 15 year loans. The majority of the loans provided by GEFA are for 20 years. Those communities with over 300,000 in population that borrow $35 million or more in a year may request terms up to 30 years. Environmental Emergency loans have a 10 year amortization period.
