Need good summer season foods?

Hi there,

Summers are synonymous with sweat and dehydration and we burn a lot of energy. Therefore we have to replace that energy by eating healthy and right.

Fruits added to your diet are a healthy way to stay fit and energetic. Common summer fruits are watermelons and pineapple which have higher water content, thus not keeping you dehydrated. Vegetable salads containing more of cucumber, chickpeas, gluten free bars are good for the digestive system

This is seen especially when Garnier BB Cream doesn’t have much merit. If a woman could be found somewhere who did not like Garnier BB Cream I would be surprised and let’s maintain a stiff upper lip.We are just guessing. How did that threadbare phrase achieve celebrity status? This is how to develop a working outline of it. You don’t need to copy somebody word for word. You need to realize one very important matter in relation to using it. If you’re like me you’re right on the money. I’m at the bottom of the pecking order. A thesis not a magnificent way to meet new sharp people on its own.

Agree with Ashton Rojas here. You must go for water rich and energetic food. But if these are included in your favorite dish, you will enjoy this more. Try for the Fruit pizza, which is grate in summer –

Ingredients-
butter, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar, 1 cup cold butter, 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened, 1/3 cup white sugar, 1 teaspoon almond extract, 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries, 1 cup fresh blueberries,1 kiwi, peeled and sliced, 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice, 1/2 cup white sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

Steps-
1] Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Lightly spray a 12-inch round pizza pan with butter.
2] Combine flour and confectioners sugar in a bowl. Cut in butter with a knife or pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into prepared pizza pan to make a crust.
3] Bake in preheated oven until very lightly browned, 12 to 15 minutes. Cool it.
4] Beat cream cheese, 1/3 cup white sugar, and almond extract until smooth; spread over completely cooled crust. Arrange strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi decoratively over cream cheese mixture.
5] Mix pineapple juice, 1/2 cup white sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a saucepan until smooth; bring to a boil. Cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes. Cool slightly and drizzle over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled.

In summer atmosphere is so different and hot compare to other season atmosphere. In summer mostly take some cool food like vegetable juice, Fruit juice, Fruits and ice creams. Mostly this type of food is good in summer. Also we take healthy and light food.
