Content Filtering can block access to Chat sites accessed via the http protocol. If you have selected Common Child Controls on your initial application the CHAT category is automatically included in order to protect children from predators. Chat programs that are accessed outside a browser, including the ICQ and MSN Messenger with their client software, will not be blocked using our content controls.
