HPI: healthy 4y/o female. During recent pre-op eval for dental work under anesthesia, coag studies as above were checked because of FHx of “easy bleeding” in PGF (currently being worked up, no dx yet), per pt’s mom. Lab data: PT 14.1 (NL 10.5-13.5) INR 1.3 PTT 36 (NL 24-33) HBG 12.8 (NL 9.5-13.5) Repeat labs AM of surgery (3 days later) revealed INR 1.15, PTT 36 (this was done at the surgery center). No complications during dental cleaning procedure.
