Well, we formula feed, but my daughter couldn’t handle the milk protein formula. I had like 4 big cans of similac milk based formula that the company had sent us as samples over my pregnancy and I didn’t want them going to waste. I just put them up on Craig’s List for free. I got like 5 emails about them within 30 minutes of putting the post up! People are ALWAYS willing to take a little help with something as expensive as formula. So I say put it on there for free or give it to maybe a friend or neighbor that formula feeds.

We did formula feed, but I still received a lot of off-brand samples, coupons and stuff. I donated a lot of it to a women’s shelter and gave away the coupons on Craigs List.

Really they should never provide you with any formula samples. They are going against the WHO code.

I stuck them into the cabinet at home, just in case I was at work and could not get home and we were out of even the freezer-stash of breastmilk and DH is dealing with a screaming, hungry baby.
