You must have a $10,000 Notary Public Bond ($20.00 filing fee required) which is accepted and filed by the County Clerk and a Filing Notice will be issued to you. You must also be sworn in as a Notary Public by a valid notary. The Filing Notice will then be submitted along with your application and $35.00 application fee to the Secretary of State.
