Ok, so my character above level 20 becomes a Cygnus Knight?
No, once your character above level 20 logs in after the patch you will see a Cygnus Knight trailer and then will be asked if you would like to be transported to Ereve to Join the Order and create a Knight, once the knight is created you can log out and log back in and choose your Cygnus Knight, both characters your level 20+ (Parent) and Knight will be linked.
