Olli’s quick release system is not working when I want to remove the booster seat. How do I get it out?
Ensure that you have one hand on the front of the booster seat pushing the booster seat towards the vehicle seat back and pulling the quick release strap with the other. Some vehicle seats do not allow for the seat to release without pressure being applied to the front of the booster seat. If the quick release system is still not working, locate the red buttons on the front of the LATCH connectors. Releasing one LATCH connector at a time, use your thumb to press in on one button while using the other hand to pull the booster seat forward. Repeat for the other LATCH connector. If you are still experiencing problems, please notify us at 1-866-656-2462. Do not attempt to make repairs or to otherwise modify or tamper with your booster seat. I noticed that the back pivots freely for recline. Is it safe to use this feature WITHOUT using the lower LATCH anchors. NEVER use the recline feature without the booster seat’s lower LATCH connectors securely attached to the vehicle’s lower LATCH ancho
