This message indicates that Wireless18 could not successfully connect to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) with Mobile Data Service (MDS). Connections using BES/MDS require BES v3.5 or later for Microsoft Exchange, or BES v2.2 or later for Lotus Domino. Mobile Data Service must be enabled on the BES. If your BES fulfills these requirements, the issue may be that you do not have an appropriate IPPP service book entry synchronized to your handheld. The current list of service book entries can be viewed within Options (Swiss Army Knife icon or Wrench icon). You may need to consult your system administrator for help in synchronizing an appropriate service book entry and/or isolating the connection problem further.
