A. Until an administrative unit or a ranger district completes the designation process, current travel management policies, restrictions, and orders remain in effect. Forest supervisors may continue to issue travel management orders pursuant to part 261, subpart B, and impose temporary, emergency closures based on a determination of considerable adverse effects pursuant to ยง212.52(b)(2) of the final rule.
