You must publish the existence of your financial aid policy (if the course is offered to New York attorneys for a fee) in all advertisements, brochures and announcements for the course, and also indicate whether the course is transitional and/or nontransitional. You must maintain an official attendance list of attendees, and, at the conclusion of the course, give each attendee an evaluation questionnaire to complete and provide certificates of attendance to all who completed the course. You must also fulfill certain reporting obligations. Please see section 10 of the Regulations and Guidelines for more details.
