Once the referral is made for the case management service, does the case manager control the other services that are recommended by the assessment?
The DHHR worker decides on the services from the assessment. If the case management service is recommended, the worker can choose a provider to be the case manager. This person will coordinate the other services recommended by the assessment and chosen by the DHHR worker. The Case Manager will report to the DHHR worker.
