One of my sites exceeded its bandwidth limit. I raised its limit but the site is still saying bandwidth exceeded, why?

A. Please make sure you have upgraded the sites bandwidth limit. After doing so email us the link to your main reseller site, and the link to the site that is saying bandwidth exceeded. Cpanel requires us to go in and manually remove the bandwidth exceeded suspension.
