Open Question: Can someone help me with this paypal and Vanilla Visa Gift Card question?
I am trying to add my Vanilla Visa Gift card to my paypal account but this mistake message keeps on coming up “Your credit or debit card has not been added since your card issuer does not allow checking the card’s billing address. Please enter a different card number. If you have further questions, please contact the business that issued your card.”. I already registered the card on vanilla visa.com and I called Vanilla Visa’s customer service middle and they also confirmed that every my information is registered on the card, but paypal will not let me add it. I have registered a gift card on paypal before and it worked fine, can someone who has gone through this help me. And FYI to everyone, I already read their FAQ and emailed them but they haven’t responded I need a quick fix. So don’t take me to a site that will just tell me what I already know or say just call them because I have already done those. OMG!!! The first three answers I receive are giving me the exact thing I said not
