OTHER COVERED DEPENDENTS (NOT A SPOUSE OR DOMESTIC PARTNER) I have a dependent, who is not my spouse/domestic partner, covered under the Retiree Standard Medical Plan. How does this affect my dependent?
Your dependent(s) will continue to receive coverage under the Plan as long as they are eligible until you reach age 65. Once you reach age 65, your dependent(s) will no longer have coverage because you will no longer be in the Plan. Your dependent will be eligible for up to 18 months of COBRA coverage or may be eligible for Medicare. __________________________________________________________________________ Please visit the Benefits page of Jetnet and check Updates and Announcements to view additional questions regarding changes to the Retiree Standard Medical Plan option participants for Officers, Management/Specialists and Support Staff work groups.
