Other programs already exist to help families of the Canadian Forces, why create another fund?
Our funds exist within the non-public framework and are used to enhance programs and services for the defence community. A need for additional support to injured soldiers is apparent within our community. In support of the Canadian Forces, CFPFSS, along with a number of other community partners have created the Soldier On Fund to support serving and retired injured soldiers.
