Cory cat is the easiest, other than that you can try Anchor Catfish (they are not cory cat), they stay small (less than 1″) and they do breed in home aquarium. Shrimp can easily breed and they stay small. Try cherry red shrimp, they breed with no effort at your end. Kuhlii and Chain Loach do stay small, but it’s very hard to breed them. If you need info on how to breed each type of fish, you can either google it or shot me an email. I can give you some info on breeding anchor cat and cherry red shrimp. Also, Mr. Deneau suggest Bristle nose pleco, but pleco is not a bottom feeder.
