Our dumpsters are always a mess and there is garbage everywhere. Doesn’t the garbage man clean everything up?
A – No. We pay the garbage company to come and empty the dumpsters. He does not pick up garbage that is left on the ground by the residents. The HOA sometimes will pay someone to keep that area clean. That money comes out of each home owners monthly HOA dues. The messier the dumpster area, the more time and money it will cost the home owners and if it gets too bad, the HOA dues will have to go up.
