During the 2009 legislative session, A.R.S. §15-512 was amended to require contractors, subcontractors, vendors, or any of their employees who are contracted to provide services on a regular basis at an individual school to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card. Previously, A.R.S. §15-512 required that they be fingerprint checked pursuant to A.R.S. §15-512. For additional information, please review Laws 2009, Chapter 75.
