Our services employ Pharmacists who have direct client contact. How should we record the costs for their activity?

If the Pharmacists deliver any of the interventions listed from Tiers 2-4, then the costs for their activity should be included against these under the Direct Pay cost type category ‘Pharmacists’. If they are not involved in direct client contact then this should be included in the overheads cost type (Finance; HR; Communications; Corporate Charges).
