Pizza dipping sauces in Mexico (Guanajuato)?
I think you’re talking about a pink-orange spicy sauce that every pizza place in Guanajuato has. I love it! They call it “Chimichurri”, it’s the spicy one and I believe you can find it in grocery stores and supermarkets in Guanajuato’s cities.
