Just a guess, really: I think if the children in our society are allowed to just post their homework questions on websites and regurgitate answers that other people give them, they’ll learn nothing. The act in itself is a way of cheating. Kids today have no desire to do their own research, nor do they feel a sense of accomplishment with a job well done. All they care about is instant gratification: “Hey, if I post my homework on a website, someone will do it for me, I just have to copy down the answers, and I can go play more video games!” They’ll become manipulative, and lazy, and most likely stay that way as adults. The only life skills they’re learning are how to cheat and take shortcuts, when they should be learning how to think logically, work diligently, and to take pride in a job that has been done well.
