PLEASE HELP. What does the review of literature mean in a science projects?

Wow - a comprehensive review is hard to do in one night! You go to the library, and find the search engine on the library computers that support things like "Agricola" (Agriculture), or what ever one does the field you are in. You type in all the search terms, and it gives you a list of scientific, peer-review articles based on your topic. You then find the articles, read them, and decide which are pertinent to your topic. You then write a section of your paper that references these articles. It generally takes well over a week to do. You're screwed, sorry!  more
