There could be a few causes for this problem. • check if your headset and speakers are working properly • go to Tools > Options > Enable Nimbuzz Voice • check your audio setup. To change the volume and audio set up, please go to Tools > Voice > Mic and/or Speaker and/or Ringer from the Menu bar and the devices you would like to change.
