Realistically, how much money can my restaurant make from selling Cappuccinos?

A LOT! Let's say you sell 20 cups per day/night and you are charging at the low end $2.50 per cup. That's about $1.75 profit X 20 cups per day or night, that's $35.00 X7 days a week. That's $245.00 X 4.33 weeks in a month. That's $1,060.00 of pure profit in a month. Remember, you have not invested any money into the espresso machine. So, as you can see, you start making money on the very first cup of Espresso/Cappuccino that you sell. You will also "turn over" your tables faster, since there are no free refills.
