A LOT! Let's say you sell 20 cups per day/night and you are charging at the low end $2.50 per cup. That's about $1.75 profit X 20 cups per day or night, that's $35.00 X7 days a week. That's $245.00 X 4.33 weeks in a month. That's $1,060.00 of pure profit in a month. Remember, you have not invested any money into the espresso machine. So, as you can see, you start making money on the very first cup of Espresso/Cappuccino that you sell. You will also "turn over" your tables faster, since there are no free refills. Also, if you feel you cannot meet the minimum monthly volume requirements, you can purchase the machine. The purchase price is much lower than any other competitive commercial machine on the market today and Espresso Italia makes a great Espresso, and the machine is so easy to use, you may want to buy a second machine for your home.  more
