Recently ive had several yeast, urinary, and bacterial infections often, meaning one of each or two every month for the past 5 months or so, and every time treated, I only have 1 partner.Could i be catching these infections from bacteria passed thru sex?
It’s possible, and having too much sex can do it to. To help control the yeast and the bacterial infections I would take a High-Potecny Acidophilus. It’s the healthy bacteria found in yogurt and it helps to fight off invading bacteria. Plus we all know yogurt helps fight yeast infections. I take it everyday to avoid getting sick and it works great. Don’t get the wal-mart brand. Go to a drug store like a rite-aid, CVS or Walgreens. I like the high-potency because it has 4 healthy bacterias in it. It helped me fight off a yeast infection when I was on antibiotics.
