Regarding feeding, would it be possible to just throw in 20 crabs or so every few weeks/months and let the eel feed on them at his leisure, or would I have to spot feed him?

I would very much prefer not to spot feed the eel, and if that is the case then I certainly would like to know now instead of later, as it isn’t my intention of having a starving eel prisoner. Thanks for your thoughts.
