Regarding the Praxis III Observation Assessment, what are the Profile and the Class Profile listed in Moodle?
In some states, the Praxis III Observation assessment (or Pathways ISI Observation system [2])is completed within the first two years of teaching in a public school. As part of this process, new teachers submit a profile (of themselves and their class), meet with the examiner prior to the observation for an interview, are observed teaching a 45-50 minute class period, and meet with the examiner after the observation. For the purpose of this portfolio, you do not have to complete the Profile and Class Profile but you should print these out, include them in your portfolio, and use them to craft your reflections on each domain. This is also true for thethe Classroom Observation Record and the Record of Evidence. Your task is to use all of these documents to make sense how each domain has been constructed and to think about the kinds of questions the examiner might ask prior to and following the observation.
