No. A lender may not use Treasury yields other than those stated in the Board’s table. See Appendix A, I.G.1.a. The table and a rate spread calculator can be found at www.ffiec.gov/ratespread/default.aspx. To find the yield in the table, identify the relevant date in the left-hand column (the 15th-of-the-month before the date the rate was set for the final time) and travel across the row to the yield corresponding to the term of the loan.
