Saline or Silicone – What are the pros and cons of each type?
Silicone: Tends to be softer and more natural in feel and appearance. Attends to last longer. More difficult to replace if there is a rupture of the outer shell. Can provide less fullness at the top of the breast, for women who like a more sloped look. Saline: Adjustable, which especially valuable in those women with two different size breasts.
