Segregated funds are available only in Mackenzie accounts 2. What changes have been made?
• Many of our rates have been lowered; all other rates have been maintained at their current competitive level. • Additionally, Mackenzie Preferred Pricing has been introduced to give a 50 bps interest rate discount to qualified clients (see Mackenzie Preferred Pricing section for further details). • To increase simplicity, there are fewer rate tiers and one set of rates for loans secured by either mutual funds or segregated funds. • For new clients, the interest rate charged is now based upon the outstanding loan balance for all loans, with the exception of the Wealth Builder Investment Loan with principal and interest payments (which is based on the original loan amount).
